These programs are intended for use only by the purchasing individual/s. They are not for commercial or group use. They are not to be shared or copied in any way. These programs are purchased by "You", the individual, on the understanding that you are of good health and have medical clearance to exercise. The purchasing individual/s understands the demanding physical nature of these programs, and agree/s to cease using the program should they become aware of any injury or impairment that may be detrimental to their health or physical wellbeing if they continue to follow this program. By purchasing these programs you agree that you are over 18 years of age and you knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of your participation in the activities prescribed in these programs. You hereby release and forever discharge Blush Health, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any physical or psychological injury that you may suffer as a direct result of your participation in the fitness programs herein. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless "Blush Health" against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by you or anyone on your behalf, including attorney fees and any related costs. By agreeing to purchase this program you agree to the above terms and conditions. and waive any liability to Blush Health.
